...una femmina così, mi pare tipica....anche se dal vero ho visto solo Pieris napi , se questa non è Pieris bryoniae (Hübner, [1806]) quale altra lo può essere??? :)

....non conoscevo questa forma " adalwinda" della napi, ma a quanto pare, vola in Fennoscandinavia http://www.euroleps.ch/seiten/s_art.php ... _adalwinda .... Montespluga, in provincia di Sondrio , a 1900 mt., mi sa che è lontanino dalla Norvegia , che è la patria di questa "forma artica" di napi.... ribadisco, pur non avendo mai visto in natura una P. byroniae, che quella fotografata da Alfio, ne ha tutti i requisiti : fosse stato un maschio, magari ci sarebbero stati dei dubbi, ma questa è una femmina!!...

per l'altezza di Montespluga, dove l'ho fotografata, confermo i poco più di 1900 mt riportati da Stefano.

Per me assolutamente Pieris bryoniae wolfsbergeri. Anche per i maschi basta guardare la pagina inferiore delle ali posteriori, le venature alari sono molto più spesse e sempre continue nella bryoniae.
Peraltro bellissime foto di una specie poco presente sul forum! :lov3: :hp:
