I identified this Insect. The author of the photo gave me the authorization to show it on our forum.

According to Camille Thirion, the Insect belongs to the sub-Family Tryphoninae, of somewhere else the habitus allowed to guess it.

A - The areolet of forewings is rhombic & large.
B - Some tergites have sweelings.
The characteristics A & B are very visible on the photo, only the Genus Dyspetes has these 2 characteristics.

Dyspetes is mono-specific.
The late observation of the Insect in September allows to determine the sub-species : praerogator [the other subspecies : arrogator is early (on May & June)]
