Could it be but pay attention to Protichneumon pisorius, that looks very similar ;)

Would any better photo clarify the subject? I'm concerned with those darkened wings...

Probably one of the best characters to discriminate between the two genera are the longitudinal folds on 2-4 abdominal sternites. Only 2° sternite in Amblyjoppa, often 2°-4° in Protichneumon. Otherwise, as your specimen is a female, look at the ovipositor laterally: hypopygium al least 2/3 as long as the distance from the apex of the ovipositor in Amblyjoppa, hypopygium at most half as long as the distance from its apex to the apex of the ovipositor in Protichneumon (from Perkins, taken up by Valemberg too).
