I think that it is a female of an extremely rare species: Anthocomus (Omphalius) thalassinus (Ab., 1883).

The distribution of this species is very limited: Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, asian part of Turkey and Syria.
The male sex of this species, probably remains unknown.

This seems to be a common species here(almost domestic).
