Simpatico ed inafferrabile  . Lo stiamo inseguendo da un par d'anni, ed ho trovato 1 esuvia larvale in tutto !!!Roberto

I'm asking this because at that date found some funnels in a more strange place, there is an old monastery in the floodplain of a river and deep in the shadow at old back gate (is something like a tunnel there to go out) found there on the fine soil like floor some funnels. If you think that those funnels can be from this species and are of special interest for you this year if will try to reach the area... is exactly in the other part of the country near hungarian/romanian border, so is not something sure 100% procents.

Carissimo Cosmin, purtroppo le larve di Dendroleon non scavano imbuti (altrimenti non ci starebbero ancora sfuggendo), ma vivono ricoperte di polvere all'interno di alberi cariati, case ed altre costruzioni nei boschi, probabilmente anche all'ingresso di grotte, sempre in ambienti forestali o comunque con grandi alberi (anche in città ). Le larve dei tuoi imbuti potevano essere una cosa interessante, se ti ricapita di andare non dimenticarti di prenderle, ma non andare appositamente a cercarle  . Grazie comunque  !Roberto
