It's a female of Sympetrum - Libellulidae. Could you please confirm that legs are completely black? If so, personally I think it's an old female of Sympetrum sanguineum (Mϋller, 1764).

I think we could say they are black. :ok: Sympetrum species with black legs are four:
  • S. pedemontanum
  • S. danae
  • S. depressiusculum
  • S. sanguineum
but...
  • S. pedemontanum - has unmisteakable bands both in forewings and hindwings
  • S. danae - has distinctively black pattern in thorax and abdomen
  • S. depressiusculum - has different details in wings (5-7 cells below a vein called Rspl; in this specimen they are 4-5)
For theese reasons I confirm my proposal: S. sanguineum.
