Per la "spina" verde, la fascia anteumerale chiara e lo pterostigma (non bicolore), direi (una femmina di) Lestes viridis (Vander Linden, 1825) aut Lestes parvidens Artobolevsky, 1929. Con questa fotografia mi sembra impossibile distinguere fra le due. Per farlo occorrerebbe poter contare i denti sull'ovopositore, particolare sfocato in entrambe le fotografie.

Purtroppo non ho altre foto buone, quindi rimaniamo tra viridis e parvidens - a la prossima volta cerco di scattare anche foto dell' ovipositore.
