Trovata nella fessura di un ramo secco a terra. Potrebbe essere Crematogaster scutellaris (Olivier 1792)?
Lunghezza senza antennine: 8 mm..

assolutamente anche secondo me, il capo dovrebbe essere rosso e l'addome più a forma di cuore! Mi ricorda più lasius ssp.... |

The genus Crematogaster is a member of Myrmicinae subfamily and has two segmented petiolar node (two small segments between thorax and abdomen). The ant on photo has one-segmented petiolar node (in form of squama) and belongs to the subfamily Formicinae. I agree with Entomarci it belongs to the genus Lasius. E’ la regina del Lasius emarginatus. Il carattere che ci restringe molto il campo è la peluria eretta, non pettinata, sugli scapi. Si vede bene, ma non distintamente sullo scapo sinistro nella prima foto. Il campo è ristretto quindi solo a 3 specie autoctone di Lasius s.str.: il niger, il platythorax e l’emarginatus. I primi due hanno regine uniformemente scure, la regina del Lasius emarginatus ha invece il torace più rossiccio, uniformemente al carattere delle operaie.
