Hello Umit, they're Camponotus, the species should be C. sanctus but without some specimens under a microscope I'm not very sure. Mattia

I agree with Mattia, this is Camponotus sanctus. |

Great  , thank you both for the quick answers.  Is it the Queen that is big at the entrance to the nest? ...and Is this type of carpenter ant? |
