Dear Friend hello,
by the pictures (actually, not very good...) it looks like Carabus muchei ornatus Heinz, 1976. It is a nice finding, a little bit unusual the collecting data because you've found it in the fall. In general the species is active in spring/summer, probably climate change has also affected Northern Turkey....
