more exactly Amara (Curtonotus) sp.; most likely Amara (Curtonotus) aulica (Panzer, 1796)... yet in bulgaria 3 spp. of Curtonotus are known, from the picture i can exclude convexiuscula, but not propinqua, a species i don't know directly

tomorrow i will try to find more information... for the moment, i think better to add a "cf." to A. aulica

Amara (Curtonotus) propinqua is a very elongated and parallel-sided species, similar to convexiuscula, therefore the specimen here illustrated can only be A. aulica (I have just compared the specimens in my collection).

Have a good day ;)

hi georgi

:ok: , it's indistinguishable from aulica, and has nothing to do with convexiuscula... nor, i suppose, with propinqua :D ...
