Questa è la seconda specie di Elaphrus, dopo questo, raccolto in una notevole serie vicino da un piccolo fiume nella foresta, vedi questo argomento.
Questa specie è stata trovata solo su posti con umbra, in numero molto elevato... centinaia di loro.

Qui il maschio, la femmina è uguale. Se qualcuno vuole vedere una foto più grande, qui.
