I think it's Pterostichus Cheporus transversalis |

you can see clearly that Pterostichus, is a check that has puncture only on the third stria, which confirms sbg. Cheporus, and in Romania there are only 2 species: Pt.burmeisteri (which is colored metal) and Pt. transversalis that is black |
