Questi tre esemplari trovati sotto sassi o in pitfall
Sembrano Calathus qualcosa.
Lunghezza 13-14 mm

Che ne dite?

:) Ciao Valerio.
Si tratta di Calathus (Calathus) fuscipes algiricus Gautier des Cottes, 1866; è la sottospecie magrebina del ben noto Calathus fuscipes ed è molto frequente in Marocco, soprattutto nelle zone montuose.
Se posso darti un consiglio, sarebbe meglio che tu indicassi le località di cattura con una precisione maggiore: Alto Atlante è troppo vago (è una catena montuosa con un'estensione circa pari a metà delle nostre Alpi), soprattutto perché presenta una fauna molto diversificata e spesso strettamente localizzata; spesso anche la località esatta può essere un indizio utile per la determinazione della specie.
