Chi è costui?... presenta:
- due pori setigeri sopraorbitali,
- un poro setigero al margine posteriore del bordo del pronoto,
- due spine apicali tibiali,

Non cercavo per la determinazione di chiave, ma in base alla comparsa di individui che ho nella collezione.
Essi differiscono non solo di punteggio (dove italicus ha lo stesso punteggio al pronoto che elitros), ma anche azalee del corpo (italicus è di elitros più parallelogramma)
