Very similar Cymindis lineola has brightly colored edges of the covers and their end.

Cymindis lineola does not occur in balkan peninsula, yet some forms of C. axillaris s.l. at glance may look quite like C. lineata, they are readily recognizable through the lack of visible (at low magnification) elytral pubescence

Secondo il lavoro di Guéorguioev, Cymindis lineola è stato confermato dalla penisola balcanica. Ho entrambe le specie raccolte. Sto inviando un link a un bel studio su Carabidae Albania
