Also in this case I asked Sergio Facchini for an identification and he replied: "Questo è molto strano. Se non fosse per la punteggiatura sembrerebbe il C. obtusus, ma la punteggiatura del pronoto in particolare dovrebbe essere più grossolana. Non ho trovato altro che gli assomigli di più, magari è anche una specie nuova, ma è difficile dirlo dalla foto (per quanto molto ben fatta).

Can you understand it or would you like me to translate? It could be interesting to study it more in depth, do you have only this specimen? In any case it is a male, so we can at least study its aedeagus.
