 raccolto questi due esemplari in nord est di Romania (47.749817/26.890076), 7.maggio.2010, leg. Cosmin Manci. in quel momento ho pensata a Pedestredorcadion tauricum (Waltl 1838), ma ora non sono sicuro... la punteggiatura in zona omerale non è abbastanza forte e aspetto generale è diversa da esemplari di questa specie raccolti prima, vedi qui. è possibile avere un nome? grazie, cosmln |

You are right Ricardo,it is not certain.There are some differences with tauricum I didn't notice at first.Shape of pronotum resembles much more D.arenarium\axillare,white pattern on pronotum and elytra is similar to tauricum but not the same.Sculpture is close to tauricum.Here is the list of Pedestredorcadion from Romania and I dont know what else could be. Pedestredorcadion decipiens (Germar 1824) Pedestredorcadion equestre (Laxmann 1770) Pedestredorcadion litigiosum litigiosum (Ganglbauer 1884) Pedestredorcadion murrayi (Kuster 1847) Pedestredorcadion pedestre (Poda 1761) Pedestredorcadion pusillum (Kuster 1847) Pedestredorcadion scopolii (Herbst 1784) Pedestredorcadion tauricum (Waltl 1838) Pedestredorcadion gashtarovi Pedestredorcadion axillare ? I attach some pictures of Bulgarian specimens/species that may look similar.
