Riordinando il materiale ancora indeterminato, ho cercato di identificare questo esemplare. Il problema sorge perchè, nei lavori di Pesarini e Sabbadini, non c'è nulla che possa essere riferibile all'esemplare e che sia presente in Grecia centro-meridionale. Avevo pensato a etruscum bravardi, ma i caratteri non corrispondono, e, oltretutto, questo è un "bestione" di 20 mm!! Qualche idea? |

First of all...beautiful photo Mr. Maurizio Sticker   "ma i caratteri non corrispondono" which characters ? Interesting colour, but I would say its bravardi. I have got them from Ossa as well, but normal form. Etruscum` s size is ca 20mm btw.... Im sure Carlo or Andrea will tell you more...Btw. Dorcadiini di Grecia, II, page 47  pa pa Zdeno |

Furthermore, average size of bravardi males (Dorcadiini di Grecia, II, page 48) is: 13,8-16,1 mm. Only females reach 19 mm., but this is not the case. Anyway, I sent the image to Andrea, hoping for a positive identification. |
