Hi!

My short story of Evodinus borealis:

This beetle is a very rare species of North and Central Europe.
I observe Evodinus every year since 2002 in Poland in Puszcza Bialowieska (Bialowieza National Forest) on flowers of Anemone nemorosa.

@Antonio:
I'm happy that you like it.
A few years ago we exchanged of Cerambycidae. You got some exemplars of Evodinus from me. Now you have oportunity to see where I found it. :birra:

@Marcello:
That's true that Puszcza Bialowieska it's a very special place. Except E. borealis there are many interisting and rare Cerambycidae: Acmaeops angusticollis, Nivellia sanguinosa, Alosterna ingrica, Stictoleptura variicornis, Macroleptura thoracica, Callidium coriaceum, Leiopus punctulatus and others.
If you want to observe them all you have to be in forest since end of April till middle of August. :hi:
