Thank you, gentlemen.

The area was really beautiful, but harsh and inhospitable.

And I like to photograph and document not only the Cerambycidae, but also their habitats and all that concerns them.

We got in a good moment to A. agababiani and it was quite a few specimens.

Marco, there is no interesting longhorn beetles without good old hard rock & heavy metal! :mrgreen: :birra:

So you found adults by searching them sitting on plants right? Jenista or simi l ar genus?

Gli arbusti di alcune specie di Ephedra possono somigliare superficialmente, per portamento e per il fatto che i fusti sono verdi o verdi azzurrognoli, ad alcune "ginestre", soprattutto agli Spartium, ma osservandole da vicino si vede che sono tutta un'altra cosa.

In general, it seems that the Euro-Asian representatives of the genus Anolistes develop from Ephedra spp.

Yes Maurizio, in those mountains, but at a different location than A. agababiani, I found then on a different species of Epherda spp. 1 exx. very interesting Buprestidae! :ok:
