The most beautiful are juveniles that have a fresh toment. In the mountains predominate darker form, often with a gray tint. In Poland, this species frequently encountered, for example: Saperda perforata Polska, Puszcza Kampinoska (Kampinos National Forest), rez. Sieraków, 02 XI 2006 - imago (ex. Populus tremula) 16 III 2007, leg., ex cult., det. A. Woźniak Allegati: S. perforata - entrance to the pupal cell S. perforata - larva extracted from pupal cell S. perforata - male, imago: 13 III 2015 (from Warszawa - Las Kabacki) S. perforata - male, imago: 16 III 2007 (from rez.
