Today mimi photo-story about Oberea (Amaurostoma) taygetana PIC, 1904
This interesting species I found in Greece on the Peloponnese peninsula several times in 2008 and 2009. Specimens were housed primarily on host plants: Euphorbia characias wulfenii. Beetles are little skittish and are easy to collect.
