Hi, you are right, it's a Batocera rufomaculata De Geer, 1775; is a pest for many kinds of fruit trees, ficus to.....but 10 cm are too much, usually are from 3 to 6 cm long. Anyway very nice to see alive, once died the yellow color on the sides became white and the red spots on the elitra became yellow. |

Thanks Carlo, In case of death it turns yellow to white, red color turns to yellow. Did I get right? Although the fig pest, I am not in favor of killing.
