Seems Clytus rhamni, I am not familiar with the Russian fauna but there should not be other similar species. I see that in the Catalogue is not listed for Russia :?

"Gruzia" = Georgia. In 1973, part of Russia.

Georgia isn't part of Russia and has never been. Georgia was part of the USSR.

Sorry, :ses you are correct.

The point is that in everyday Italian language we don't distinguish between Russia and URSS... we just say "Russia".
Quite unseemly, but that's it. From this, the confusion by Plagionotus between "Russia" and "Federazione Russa" (such as on label), and the one in my own answer.
Thanks for precising :-)

Thank you all, so, no surprises and the subspecies, given the location (but the differences between the subspecies of C. rhamni are quite hard for me) the subspecies should be temesiensis Germar, 1824

This is interesting! I didn't know about it. Apparently this explains a lot of mistakes in the Palaearctic Catalog :)

I don't think so, the author of the most recent versions is Danilevsky, a russian entomologist ;)

I'm not talking about Cerambycidae section, but about all the volumes of Catalogue. By the way, I work with Danilevsky in one institut and one laboratory ;)

Ah, right, for the other books of the catalogue...yes. I didn't know that you work with Danilevsky.
