I couldn't find it in this online key https://coleonet.de/coleo/texte/longitarsus.htm, so it is missing from there or it is listed under a synonym name :hi:

L. albineus is a Mediterranean species and it was not included in coleonet.de\

see description on p. 46, figure of spermatheca on p. 84, and map of distribution on p. 108 (according to this map this species occurs in Romanian Dobrogea).
