Questa l'ho fotografata su finocchio selvatico (Foiniculum vulgare), ma la gran parte di quelli che ho visto deambulavano sul terreno.
Ne ho raccolti 3, te li metto da parte?

Non preoccuparti, non è necessario. Non è questo il gruppo di cui mi interesso (certo che se mio fratello andando a spasso per il Trapanese me ne trovasse qualcuna, non la butterei!). Forse fanno più comodo al mio omonimo pugliese.

Mi sono appena accorto di averne un paio che ho raccolto tanti anni fa a Trapani, identificatemi come C. inflata da Roberto Lisa.

Anche a me sembra una Chrysolina inflata.
Ho un solo esemplare femmina di questa specie, la punteggiatura elitrale è leggerissima ma, il pronoto è identico all'esemplare postato.
Le dimensioni potevano aiutare perchè si tratta di una grande specie di 10-13 mm.
Praticamente una Timarcha.
