I confirm Phylloteta sp. Photo isn´t clear, but my tip is P. nemorum or P.vitula (when is pronotum with blue-, green- or bronze- metalic shine). Is possibile known lenght |

3-4 mm - is big, P.vittula is smaller - I think about 2 mm
