Are you sure it's not Chrysomela saliceti Suffrian, 1849?
Elytral apex is darker, blackish?

Honza is right, it is Chrysomela populi. Black sutural apex in this species is often invisible on photo from above but another good distinguished character is well visible - in Ch. saliceti third antennal segment is distinctly longer than fourth while in Ch. populi both are approximately the same length. On my photos attached by Honza it is well visible.
