This is from 20 June, Lot region in south-west France, about 4mm. Not sure at all! I've tried to photograph it from various angles in case any diagnostic features are apparent! Matthew

It's a Cryptocephalus. Tentatively I'd say it might be Cryptocephalus moraei (Linnaeus, 1758). Anyway, it's better to wait for more authoritative opinions! |
