This is member of Cryptocephalus ochroleucus group of the subgenus Burlinius (pronotum punctate). From Morocco was described Cryptocephalus borowieci. Male genitalia in profile from your photo looks like genitalia of C. borowieci but for proper identification is necessary to see male genitalia in dorsal view. In C. ochroleucus apical plate is narrow, not wider than apex of penis, while in C. borowieci the plate is very broad, broader than apex of penis. In C. ochroleucus ventral side of thorax is usually pale, yellow to rusty while in C. borowieci meso- and metasternum are mostly black. |

Thank you Lech  It is C. borowieci, the plate is very broad, broader than apex of penis.
