 si, penso anch'io al sexpunctatus. Bella bestiolina comunque, non frequente.  Magari fosse il Cryptocephalus (Lamellosus) laevicollis

This is Cryptocephalus sexpunctatus, female. Very similar aberration to the bottom female from my web page: http://www.cassidae.uni.wroc.pl/Colpolo ... ctatus.htm Cryptocephalus laevicollis has similar coloration bith differs in very narrow lateral, explanate margin of pronotum: http://www.cassidae.uni.wroc.pl/Colpolo ... collis.htm On your photo of Italian specimes is well visible broad explanate margin of pronotum. This group of species is associated with various bushes and trees. In Poland Cr. sexpunctatus is often collected in mountains, on leafs of Alnus spp., also on Salix spp., Betula, Populus and Corylus but also on other trees and bushes as Crateagus or Quercus. |
