Dim. 3,9 mm Inizialmente lo avevo confuso con un Malachiidae ma non mi tornava molto. Con la formula tarsale 4-4-4 direi un Chrysomelidae anche se non sono riuscito a venirne a capo. Scusate la foto. Lo stack è venuto pessimo. Come ho un attimo, se serve, la rifaccio.

Luperus sp., not easy in identification from photo. If elytra is pure black or with only very feeble metallic sheen and legs are entirely pale (especially femora are entirely pale, without dark bases) then possible are Luperus leonardii and L. pygmaeus, if base of femora is darkened then L. flavipes and female of L. lyperus are also possible but L. flavipes usually has also darkened apices of tibiae. L. leonardii and L. pygmaeus are very similar and correct identification is possible only by study of male genitalia. But specimen on photo appears to be female. |
