Ciao a tutti 8-)

Is it possible to identify this Dytiscidae beetle from the mountains of Jahorina (about 1800 m)?
Found in a small lake in the mountains. Thank you

I second with Maurizio. It is a female with smooth elytra of Dytiscus marginalis

Mai visto una femmina cosi :shock: ,con le elitre 'lisce',di solito non sono più solcate :? ...E il maschio che fa 'scivola' via.... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: ... :hi: :birra:

Al maschio gli va bene con le femmine a elitre lisce; i problemi ce l'ha con le elitre solcate, che non permettono alle ventose di aderire :gh:

Le femmine esistono nelle due diverse forme, ad elitre solcate e ad elitre lisce, che convivono anche nella stessa popolazione.
