I think it's Colymbetes fuscus - male. For better accuracy, can you make a picture of a surface of the elytra? |

But the lenght is 18 mm... isn't it too large for Colymbetes? Furthermore I can't see any distinct notch in the ront margin of the eye behind the base of the antennae...

I do confirm Adrian's identification. 18 mm is ok for C. fuscus
