The character resides in this area, punctuation, is large, ie, the distance between points, as is the size of a point then is the ater. If instead it is more dense, with the distance between the points smaller than the dimensions of a ounto then is the umbrinus |

Thank you so much, Augusto! With your help, i'm sure now it's Anthicus ater. Also A. umbrinus is not yet known from Germany.

Excellent from the picture you can see very well, it is Anthicus ater (Thunberg, 1787) Germania type locality
