Troppo sporchi per poter dare una determinazione con una certa sicurezza. Mi verrebbe da dire Bodilopsis rufa (Moll, 1782). |

Grazie Stefano, ma io ho questo identificato come Aphodius rufus e vedo molto diverso: è molto più piccolo e senza margini pronotal rosso. Ho un altro piace come A. scrutator, potrebbe questa specie? |

Ciao Isidro. For its long scutellum Coprimorphus scrutator is definitely out. Have you collected the specimens? Are you sure that their lenght is 8-9 mm? |

Grazie Stefano! Sorry, not collected - I almost never collect nothing, I only have five or six collected specimens for ID between thousands of unidentified photos. I'm not sure about lenght - I saw beetles last summer and many time passed since then! They was on cow dung on alpine pastures in high mountain. |

Yes, it seems to be Aphodius rufus. |
