This is Protaetia (Potosia) cuprea metallica or only metallica, I dont know it's status now. Well, in this species there are big variations in the shape of the mesosternal process. I have specimens with 2, 3, and 4 lobes, right cut, round convex or concave anterior margin and with asymmetric mesosternal processes. And this is more interesting, as an exception of the rule, the male genitalia differs too among specimens, even collected from the same location in the same day.
That's why our ancestor Sergiu Panin has described a new species, Potosia bessarabica, that is in fact just a variation of P. metallica.
