Trichius fasciatus (Linnaeus, 1758) - Cetoniidae

Hi :hi: ,

In this trip I collected also a few Trichius specimens, I think all of them are T. fasciatus, but 2 specimens (1 male and 1 female) are somehow different (maybe is just the variability of the species :? )

First the female :

In this specimen is interesting the tooth on the middle tibia, because is shorter than in the others specimens....but the others characters seems to fit well for T. fasciatus :?

Here is the male, this specimen have on the second abdominal sternite white scales, but the aedegus and the others characters fit well for T. fasciatus :S

I also find a male of fasciatus with scale in sterintes...
