in Kalogria area (Peloponnese) I have spend several days and there Anomala vitis (Fabricius, 1775) at that time was in swarms.
I have stopped at a bush of some Rosa and there were hundreds and hundreds, I have leave the place with couple of tens and some holes in my net
.so, mounted specimens were collected in 29.may.2010 (38.135535/21.375231) and the one photographed in nature not very far away but on different coordinates (38.160128/21.369642) again in 29.may.2010.
