H.mirmicoides' antennae is shorter than the length of the thorax+abdomen.
But antennae of H.apterus is longer than or equel to the length of the thorax+abdomen.
The specimen in your photo fits to Himacerus apterus.
But Eremicus should confirm the ID.

I checked antennae on my photo (I used simple ruler, I measured the first image on the screen) and:
length of antennae: 7 cm
length of thorax and abdomen: 8,5 cm

Antennae are shorter then length of thorax + abdomen. --> H. mirmicoides, I think :)

Best regards
Grzegorz

Well,As you can see, last antennal segment is not in the same direction with third one. That's why it looks like shorter than it is real length. But there are other distinctive features between H.apterus and H.mirmicoides.One of them is the comparison of the length of the 2. anntenal segment and the vertical length of pronotum. In H.apterus 2.anntenal segment is clearly longer(In this photo,2. antennal sement is as long as the length of pronotum+scutellum) than the length of pronotum. In H.mirmicoides it is shorter than the length of pronotum.
In this link(http://www.naturamediterraneo.com/forum/topic.asp?whichpage=1&TOPIC_ID=158232&#948013)we can see the difference between these species.H.mirmicoides has clearly shorter antennae.
