Dear Colleagues, I have a big problem with Tenebrionidae: I can't find the name myself (maybe it's too hard for me? I really don't know... Moreover, there is a big lack of keys...). So, this one from Turkey has no name ... 20,5 mm Lég. D. Prunier Regards, Stéphane |

Just another question. J. Ferrer and L. Soldati considered in 1999 that rotundata was a good species (Cf. Tentyria rotundata ssp. angulata (BRÜLLE, 1832) in this PDF. According to them, Tentyria rotundata ssp. mittrei SOLIER 1835 is the valid writting for this subspecies. What is your opinion Piero? Stéphane |

Sì Stéphane, è un mio lapsus: seguendo l'attuale sistematica angulata è ssp. di rotundata. Vedi anche viewtopic.php?f=178&t=16077&hilit=rotundata+angulata viewtopic.php?f=178&t=10715&p=60572&hilit=rotundata+angulata#p60572 Quindi, almeno in attesa di una auspicabile revisione, Tentyria rotundata mittrei Solier, 1835.
