No way for an identification this way. The male beetle needs to be dissected, for the females a view from ventral is needed, especially the last abdominal segments. The two very similar and almost everywhere occuring species are Oedemera lurida and Oedemera virescens. If found on higher altitudes there is a third species possible, Oedemera monticola.
