BioMap - the biggest in history project (in Poland) designed to create comprehensive database about polish biodiversity.
Until now the beetles are most complete. Data about biology, distribution, synonymy, many references with download options (even very old), photos and many other. You can find also data about polish Lepidoptera, Hemiptera and Orthoptera (for now only checklist and basic literature).
Updates of database are quite often.
Mainly in polish but you can change menu to english version. Polish text shouldn't be problematic with Google Traslate
