I consulted Zhelokhovtsev (English translation : p.390/392)(I could not go to http://www.repository.naturalis.nl/document/46719)
the detail of the wings being invisible on the photo, one could confuse with Foenotopus (known only in Central Asia).
Thus it is well Stephanus serrator.
