Ciao Anche di questo Liparus non possiedo molti dati Potrebbe essere Liparus (Liparus) germanus (Linné, 1758)? Grazie dell'aiuto  Paolo Lunghezza = 13mm circa (compreso rostro) A differenza di altri Liparus che ho in collezione, questo ha una punteggiatura molto fitta e profonda sia sul pronoto che sulle elitre |

I think, that this one belong to Molytinae: Hylobiini, but it isn´t gen. Liparus. |

Ciao Went back to the microscope ... Could be Hylobius excavatus Laicharting, 1781 The only doubt I got is with abietis (Linné, 1758)  Is there any easy characteristic useful to identify them? Thanks for your help Paolo |

I think, that is it very probably H. excavatus (cf. with http://www.biol.uni.wroc.pl/cassidae/Co ... avatus.htm ) |
