Sorry for the preparation but I don't have enough patience for this work. If I can't prepare something for a while I usually give up and just glue it on the card.

Hi Joro, I didn't mean yr preparation was bad.

Not at all, it was just a joke: weevils of the genera basis, Aulacobaris etc., are almost impossible to prepare.

Some time ago my friend Enzo Colonnelli, a well known specialist of weevils, whispered to me a sort of "dicotomic key" like this:

1) Preparation possible: Ceutorinchini
2) Preparation impossible: Baridiini

A me ne tornano due: Colonnelli, forse il più importante dei miei mèntori. Anzi, niente forse.

E Jannacci. I due, in qualche modo, apparentati. Eccentrici, originali, unici.

Anche mio padre si chiamava Enzo, ma forse solo un caso. O forse no.
