For a start, subgenus Metopiorrhynchus. For the species I can not say, there are many of them in NW Italy. George |

Wow, probably is a very good idea !!! I haven't the original description by L. Magnano (for an absolute confirmation), but there are in the collection here 3 old specimens (29/V/1987) of this species, after exchanges. They are very similar. Length 5.6-5.8 mm. Collected 35 Km to the NW from your specimen. Perhaps a useful feature: All the 3 femorae with teeth, but the the hind femora with the largest tooth. G. |
