Hello Tomasz, it looks very similar to the subgenus Paracryphiphorus (difficult subgenus, about 20 species). You must check the corbels of the hind tarsi: -Partially closed.............................................................Paracryphiphorus -Open........................................................other Otiorhynchus subgenera Ciao from Athens, George |

It seems as difficult, but it is not ... What we should be checked, is the surface where the posterior tibia ends up, exactly around where the tarsus is grows. In the remainder Otiorhynchus subgenera, this is a smooth, approximately ellipsoidal, concave surface. In the subgenus Paracryphiphorus, this area shows at the exterior side, a smooth elongated protrusion, which appears to limit somewhat the freedom of the tarsal movement. What is more difficult, is the photographing of this structure. I'm not a good painter, but I made an effort ...

Another good guess is subg. Cryphiphorus.  O.(C.) convexiusculus F. Solari, 1932 ?? O.(C.) subaequivestis F. Solari, 1932 ?? I've never seen these species ..... so, I try to inform me and I will let you know.

I see that many common species was not reported from Albania. And what these rare or new.
