Hi,

I've collected this Metophonus in Sardegna (Soleminis) on Light. 6/7 mm..

In my opinion it is not an Ophonus; I rather think of the genus Oedesis, although the base of the pronotum is not clearly visible.

From this photo you can clearly see the corners.
Riccardo is right, it is a Oedesis, and probably O. villosulus (Reiche, 1859)
